Flowers of Ghana

I have no idea what kind of flower this is, or really what any of them are. Except for the ones that are house plants back home, they are all a mystery, pretty but a mystery. This plant can grow into a very large tree, as big as an elm.

Even when large they get covered with these yellow flowers.
